This is 'Coloruption' a limited edition of 6 pieces from Charles Karadimos.
The glass body features a fused design emulating the look of an erupting volcano spewing color, slumped into an easy to hold shape, standing 10” tall and nearly 3" in diameter at the base.
A tapered 2-mirror system produces colorful 9-point images, with a dry cell filled with dry ampules, fused beads, and lampworked glass working together to create some incredibly colorful and random images, guaranteed to grab your attention ... and keep it.
