Chikako Ishida's Nocturne Kaleidoscope
The tapered body of this handcrafted kaleidoscope is made with a clear textured glass lined with decorative silver paper. The pattern featured on this version is crackle glass. This scope features a 2 mirror 6-point mandala image against a black background. The object cell is oil filled and contains highly reflective filament along with beads in blues and whites with hints of green, purple and gold.
The scope measures 6” tall by 2-1/4” at the object cell end by 1-1/4” wide at the eye hole end.
