Kaleidoscope 'Gemstone - Rose Quartz' by Sue Rioux Designs

A great Anniversary, Valentine or birthday gift.  Along with Garnet, Rose Quartz is the birthstone for the month of January. It is also the birthstone for the Zodiac sign of Taurus.

Part of the Gemstone Collection, Rose Quartz is an exquisite stained glass, 3-mirror kaleidoscope whose oil cell is filled with dichroic glass pieces and small baubles in varying shades of pink and white with a hint of orange. 

The body is an iridescent pink stained glass with whispers of gold and purple finished with a dichroic pink glass jewel enhancement.  Easy to hold and breathtaking to view, the oil cell has square glass knobs on either side, affording the viewer an easy turning method.  It is finished with Sue's signature patina that she adds to all her soldering, resulting in a copper effect on the eyepiece end, four little feet, and other adornments.

Signed by artist Sue Rioux, this is truly a gem of a kaleidoscope. It measures 6 1/2" long x 2-1/2" wide and stands 2" tall.
