Order Processing / Special Requests / Rush Shipments

  • Our goal is to ship all orders within 48-72 hours of receipt, except holidays and weekends.  If the bank flags a transaction, orders will be held for verification.

  • Please contact us at info@capekaleidoscopes.com or by calling 207-571-8138 for rush shipments or any other special requests.

  • If we miss your call, please leave a voicemail and we'll get right back to you.

US Shipping 

  • Free Ground Shipping via U.S. Postal Service or UPS for orders over $150, in the continental U.S.  

  • Additional paid shipping options are available at checkout.  Please select your preferred shipping option or contact us for assistance.

  • All shipping times are estimates provided by the shipping company (USPS or UPS) and completely out of our control.  Please allow additional time in transit during holiday/peak seasons - and due to COVID implications effecting the global supply chain.  Cape Kaleidoscopes will not refund shipping fees due to delayed or late delivery.  

International Shipping 

  • YES, we do ship to international destinations quite regularly!  You will have the option of UPS or U.S. Postal Service at checkout.  Shipping costs for each option are provided at checkout.

  • We highly recommend selecting U.S. Postal Service International Priority Mail which is traceable to destination over the less expensive US Postal Service First Class Package International Service which is often non-traceable once it arrives to the destination country.  

  • International Shipping fees are not refundable if the package is returned to us undelivered. 

  • Import duties/taxes and fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer/recipient/consignee (that's you!).

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number via email.  We highly recommend that you monitor your shipment on the carrier's website for any potential issues.

Returns

We understand that everything may not always meet your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied, please return your purchase within 20 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Shipping fees on the original purchase and the return to us are non-refundable and will not be refunded.  All items must be returned in original, resalable condition with all original packaging.  Please enclose a short note with your contact information, and ship the package to:
