Sunrise in Dark Blue Stained Glass
For the body of the kaleidoscope, Kathleen chose a dark blue stained glass constructed with decorative silver soldering into a rectangle adorned with a large silver tone metal celestial sun face. The object cell is a movable glass tube filled with pieces of glass, stone, beads and other materials in different colors, shapes, sizes and textures. The interior mirror is a 2-mirror system creating a large round mandala of widely varying, beautiful interior images.
The body of the kaleidoscope measures approximately 7 1/4" long by 2" wide by 1-1/8" deep. The glass tube object cell is 1" round by nearly 3" long.
The object cell has a screw cap closure allowing you to remove and replace the objects with anything you desire!
