Kaleidoscope - 'Oval in Silver and Blue' by Yasuko Nakazato

The newest handcrafted kaleidoscope by Japanese artist Yasuko Nakazato featuring an oval silver body with decorative silver scroll on the eye piece and object end as well as on the tips of the object cell.

Inside is a narrow 3-mirror system offering a full field image with a unique silver column to one side that repeats on the opposite side.  The turning object cell is a clear glass tube containing lampworked glass, beads, wire, charms and dichroic pieces in blues and greens with a hint of yellow and orange.  This kaleidoscope is elegantly beautiful and is available in black, blue, red orange and yellow.   

The scope measures 5-1/2" long by 2-3/4" wide at the object cell by 1" at the eye piece end.
